first meeting with supervisor

Today i talked to my supervisor and we agreed on the projects product; an essay including the psychological perspective on hooliganism and looking into why and how people become hooligans and why and how they get out. We went through different sources and I received a book about written by stanley cohen talking about the peoples thoughts about hooligans and how it might have been created as a result of a need to have a certain determination and believe in the people who are at football matches.

Personal Project- Process Journal

I came closer to an idea for a final product for my personal project. I want to make a big study and therefore write an essay to include the entire research andreflecting process to come to a conclusion that I can formulate in a blog environment and in small flyers. I believe that using a blog or online forum to communicate my ideas and view-points will be easier to access and therefore have a greater impact on people and discussion forums. My audience will be parents that have children that enjoy watching football and is passionate. I want to show how parents now if their children are becoming a part of the more dangerous and fanatic environment. I want to study in behaviour patterns and find out when and why people become hooligans.
+ I want an additional guide to parents that can be handed out easily and maybe given to a football club.

I want to have more of a question: from hooligan to calmigan. Focusing on the transformation to hooligan and back again. I want to go deeper into the study in why they behave like they do; sociology and psychology. This can help me explain hooliganism, help families away from this environment and give examples of places where hooligans have turned their lives around.
